Return & Refund Policy

At KEPT., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, in accordance with European consumer law.

Conditions

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We will also refund the standard outbound shipping costs you paid at the time of your order. If you chose a more expensive shipping option, we will only refund the cost of standard shipping.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery

Customers outside the EU For customers outside the EU, local return regulations may apply.
